I never really thought I'd need a lawyer but when the divorce dropped, Heidi was the first and last lawyer I called. Well read, available at all hours and always willing to go to bat for me. I even recommended her to my sister, who is now using her as well.

Super Expensive!!!!!
Heidi is a very good attorney. If you have deep pockets. But all about the money. If you did not have the money in escrow, she would not even speak with you or give you the time of day. Heidi's firm bills for everything you can imagine. Example; emails, phone calls, trips to court, Just to name a few...

Replied last July 11, 2020Every attorney has a Fee Agreement for services setting forth hourly rates for drafting pleadings, correspondence, emails, telephone calls and the like. Typical charges with any law firm. Our rates are set forth on page two of the Fee Agreement highlighted in yellow and therefore cannot be overlooked by a potential client. While I am glad that this anonymous client believes that I am a great lawyer (thank you!), I KNOW that I am at the lower prices in the Lehigh Valley area by both hourly rate and requested retainers. Our firm likes to get your case moving forward and therefore we do not require excessive retainers as some of the other law firms do. In any event, a client can, for ANY reason, terminate their relationship with their attorney - even if they believe that their attorney is "over priced." No need to go "bankrupt" due to legal fees that you cannot afford. However, this client is absolutely correct, please do your research. Just remember the old adage that often holds true, "you get what you pay for."

Replied last December 24, 2015Please be aware that it is not atypical to contact the other party if he or she is unrepresented or opposing counsel if the party is represented. Contact is often made via phone or correspondence for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, obtaining the opposing party’s perspective, or even discussing settlement if in fact settlement would result in a satisfactory outcome for my client. Contacting the opposing party should never be viewed as disloyalty to my client. This nameless client is interesting because a variety of unilateral actions were taken prior to the client consulting with any attorney much less consulting with me including vacating the marital residence and leaving personal effects behind. As my reviews indicate, I am highly prepared for every case so I’m not sure what the word “adequately” denotes. To the extent that there is any “hearing” or “trial,” I am diligent in my preparation of cross-examination of the opposing party, as well as, a review of the evidence in order to competently address the deficiencies in any evidence which is presented by the opposing party. Please be aware, often times clients enter into an agreement to settle their case but acquire “buyer’s remorse” later when it is impossible to modify the agreement which they entered in to. Please give considerable thought and consideration PRIOR to entering into any agreement and recognize that while costly, you may always proceed to trial.
