I knew that having an excellent attorney handling my divorce would critical to help ensure a positive outcome for me and my family, but I was unsure how to find a lawyer I could really trust. The reviews here on Avvo helped me to pick Heidi Noll as my attorney, and hiring Heidi was absolutely the bes...t decision I could have possibly made! Heidi is amazing! After searching for a new lawyer to handle my custody case, I came across Heidi in a google search. I went to meet her and talk to her and instantly felt that she was the one that could help me get what was best for my child! She did just that! Any time I have questions or con...cerns, I have been able to call or email and get her advice or direction from her. She has helped me to feel confident in my case and has given me knowledge and direction for going forward in handling situations that may arise with my child's father. Heidi Noll is my lawyer for my child custody case. My exwife had kept my child from me for 4 months I had not as much as seen a picture of him. At the time of the hearing my exwife wanted me to have no custody rights and supervised visition. At the end of the hearing I was so happy Heidi had gotten m...e joint custody with every other weekend visits unsupervised at my home. This was all done without having to go to trial !!!!!!! I came to Attorney Noll because I had been told she is a "pitbull" in the court room. My custody case is very complicated and she required a $4,500.00 retainer for 1 single court date. She told me it was a trial when it was actually just a custody hearing. She promptly burned through my retainer with... busy work and sent me on my way when I did not have $2,000.00 more to give to her right away. If you have a lot of money to spend on your case she may be worth the fees but she didn't even step foot in a court room for me and it cost me $4,500.00. She was elusive about an email my husband's attorney never even replied to. While I was digging through my emails from Attorney Noll she saw to it that she would file an $800.00 motion to with drawl herself as my counsel a because my Pro Per Say paper work was not handed in by the dead line. She gives very long winded answers to questions because she knows she is $300.00 an hour. She is rude and demeaning and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
