Heidi Christine Noll

Heidi was tremendously helpful in resolving my complicated and drawn out custody battle. She was very professional, honest, personable, and was timely with information\recommendations about my case. I particularly appreciated her candor, her willingness to use the available technology to support ...my case (google mail, drive, etc.) and being available night and day. Her rates were also very reasonable and affordable.

I came to Attorney Noll because I had been told she is a "pitbull" in the court room. My custody case is very complicated and she required a $4,500.00 retainer for 1 single court date. She told me it was a trial when it was actually just a custody hearing. She promptly burned through my retainer with... busy work and sent me on my way when I did not have $2,000.00 more to give to her right away. If you have a lot of money to spend on your case she may be worth the fees but she didn't even step foot in a court room for me and it cost me $4,500.00. She was elusive about an email my husband's attorney never even replied to. While I was digging through my emails from Attorney Noll she saw to it that she would file an $800.00 motion to with drawl herself as my counsel a because my Pro Per Say paper work was not handed in by the dead line. She gives very long winded answers to questions because she knows she is $300.00 an hour. She is rude and demeaning and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Heidi was the first lawyer I’ve ever spoken to. During our initial consultation, she acted as if she’s heard everything I said before, constantly cut me off, & when I questioned her responses said things like “you’ve seen my reviews” as if that made her superior to others & made me feel like my conce...rns weren’t valid. Unfortunately I hired her anyway, due to being ignorant to how lawyers should behave. I assumed we would have another meeting before my custody conference because she knew basically no details about my situation, since she cut me off our entire consultation, but we did not. I was already very concerned & nervous before my custody conference, & then the day of she didn’t even show up, she sent someone else who pretty much stayed silent the entire time. Afterwards I heard nothing from her, & when I emailed her wondering what was going on considering I paid her a large amount of money when she did absolutely nothing for me, she responded saying she’ll take herself off my case. I have a different lawyer now, & would not recommend Heidi to anyone.

I hired attorney Noll for my child custody case based on the reviews I read here (which I now see are years old). She was very polite when I first consulted her and made it seem like my case was going to be a piece of cake. Well, as time went on she just got more and more rude with me, never answered... my phone calls, and was just impossible to get a hold of in general. I felt so belittled by the way she spoke to me. The one thing she was never late with; however, was getting her money!! She made sure to charge me for every little thing possible , which is fine, but I expect to get what I paid for! If I had to do it all again, I would never go back to her. Please save your money and do your research...find someone who actually CARES about you and the loved one you are fighting for!
