Slow Responses / Fails to meet timelines
We hired Tasha in a attempted to employ her services for a urgent matter. She had trouble making the deadlines she gave us and also billed us more then agreed amount. I wouldn't recommend the use of her services.

At a time when I was most desparate for help, Tasha was there.
In dealing with an unreasonable request from an HOA and their attorney, Tasha was able to work her way through the jungle to a very reasonable conclusion. She shared each step of the process with me, and her expertise in the real estate field was invaluable. Would I ask for her guidance again? Abs...
