Exceptional Business-Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Last year, after the build out of my new Dental office, I was in the precarious position of needing legal representation. The design and construction had numerous, serious issues that the GC was not willing to correct and this left me in a serious bind. I received a recommendation to contact Ron via... Rebecca Hall of Packard-Dierking. She has given me multiple sterling referrals, so I take them seriously. From my initial meeting with Ron at his Boulder location, I felt immediately at ease. He has a calm demeanor, very professional, and most of all has a significant command of the law that is well conveyed to the average person. I speak multiple languages, but "Legalese" is not one of them. He clearly delineated the matters at hand and what my options would be if I chose to move forward. He did not fluff my position or attempt to encourage me to move forward for his own gain. He conveyed the limitations and risks, taking the role of educator, and then let me know that if I chose to move forward, he would be happy to represent my matter. I personally appreciate this approach as being the indicator of a person with very high moral aptitude for their profession. From the point of moving forward, Ron has continually stayed atop of matters (even when I let them slip from time to time myself), given excellent guidance, and always been easily reachable and responsive. Additionally, as most successful people, he has surrounded himself with a very competent team. His assistant Renee is wonderful, and ALWAYS on top of the litany of paperwork and filings. Also, whenever I call the office number the receptionist are seamlessly professional and delighted to help me out. I must clarify, I am ridiculously picky about my customer service experiences, I very rarely find the quality, cohesion, and professionalism that I have experienced with Grund-Dagner. When I do, I very loudly sing their praises. There is nothing worse than investing time, energy, and money on a legal matter, to realize at some point down the road, you have an incompetent firm representing you. This happened to a friend of mine recently, it was not pretty, and created significant stress above what was already a losing battle six months in. To then start from scratch, or even worse, settle on inferior representation through to judgment. This will most assuredly end up costing you more in the end.... monetarily, emotionally, and professionally by failing to prevail in your ultimate day in court. No one wins and no one really ever enjoys the process of "Lawyering up". But rest assured, if and when that time comes for you, invest in the best. I always appreciate personal endorsements and referrals, and feel it my obligation to pay it forward to help others navigate complicated legal matters. I am completely confident that if you are dealing with a Business-Real Estate matter, your investment in retaining Ron will pay dividends on multiple fronts, and most importantly, you will get world class representation and service!
