Paid the $2,000 retainer fee had her retype up the paper I already had typed up from a previous attorney then I decided to drop the case and still haven't got any of my money back yet or a phone call or anything I've been calling and the only people who seem to answer are people who can barely speak ...English almost seems like a setup and a scam which it could be since I haven't got any money or heard back anything...its been 3 months

I was working with Miranda for months. Even between 2 different companies. She approached me and asked me to hire her while she went out on her own. So I did. She promised me she was ruthless in the courtroom and I was excited to see that in action. She also knew my situation well as I didn’t have th...at much money. I filled up my retainer and it was used up pretty quickly. She became extremely busy with other cases so I rarely got to talk to her. But her husband took over with most of the paperwork. He had asked me only once to replenish my retainer. Before that request, I would still pay any bill sent my way. Out of the blue, I got an email saying she was dropping me as a client for not keeping my retainer full and not providing vital information. I gave her all the information she needed when they asked for it. Even gave them written letters that was supposed be typed out and given to a CFI. I paid for that to be done and it was never taken care of. I tried to reach out to them to see if we could continue working together somehow and someway. But since then, I have been ghosted. I was looking forward to working with her, but now I feel I was pushed into this corner. I’m sorry it ended this way.

Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well.
