The thing I enjoy most about him is the fact that he extremely knowledgeable about all of the family laws and stays current with any changes. I am far from being a rich man raising 2 high school boys on my own and Ira has always worked with me to not put a financial strain on me or my children. He has always steered clear of making this case a Father against Mother case as the other side has always portrayed it to be. Even though we did not win one of the cases early on in this series of cases due to a former judge going against his own words, I have never had any doubt at the end of the day that Ira had put his whole Heart, Mind, and Soul in to what was in the best interest of the children. The bottom line is a lawyer is only as good as the facts and not the feelings that you give them to work with. Ira has represented me with child support, child abuse, parenting time and Bankrutpcy. Ira Greschler promised to fight for me in a temporary custody hearing after my husband took my daughter and staged a fight to have me arrested for the sole purpose of keeping me from my Summit County home and 30 years of my belongings in a Temporary Orders hearing. He had two and 1/2 hours and three ...witnesses including a doctor for witnesses attend the hearing on my behalf. He never asked any questions to imply that the perpetrator was my husband. Even a detective showed up to testify on my behalf. The most incomprehensible act or lack there of was the fact that he withheld information from the judge that my husband had forged a mortgage loan with my signature for $610,000 and there is a pending investigation and arrest. He withheld evidence that my husband is a porn addict and alcoholic. This was deliberate and I have filed a complaint with the State. My husband has temporary custody and full parental rights because of his deliberate refusal to represent me to the best of his ability. He didn't even let the judge know that my husband had not disclosed the court ordered financial documents that were to be delivered before the hearing. My witnesses also felt that his representation as an attorney was the poorest they had ever seen. Do not hire this Attorney for anything.
