Ira E Greschler

Mr. Greschler has been my Lawyer over the last 12 years now. The thing I enjoy most about him is the fact that he extremely knowledgeable about all of the family laws and stays current with any changes. He is a MASTER with cross examination and has a way of always catching someone in a lie while on t...he stand. He does not allow anyone that he represents to tell anything but the truth. The other negative comments about him do not in any way describe Ira. My ex-wives lawyer chose to represent a lady that was convicted of child abuse and has failed to exercise 1 day of her parenting time in 5 years now. She also did not support these children in any way. I have seen most of the judges in Boulder County over the years lean toward the mothers favor. I believe that Mr. Greschler evens out the playing field when dealing with courts. As far as the other reports that I read on Mr. Greschler. Nothing could be further from the truth. He has always been prompt with pleadings and prepared if not even over prepared when it comes time for court to begin. I am far from being a rich man raising 2 high school boys on my own and Ira has always worked with me to not put a financial strain on me or my children. He has always steered clear of making this case a Father against Mother case as the other side has always portrayed it to be. Even though we did not win one of the cases early on in this series of cases due to a former judge going against his own words, I have never had any doubt at the end of the day that Ira had put his whole Heart, Mind, and Soul in to what was in the best interest of the children. The bottom line is a lawyer is only as good as the facts and not the feelings that you give them to work with. Ira has represented me with child support, child abuse, parenting time and Bankrutpcy. There is no doubt he is my lawyer of choice for any family issues. Thank you Ira, from the bottom of my heart.
