Thank you Care, you are the BEST

This attorney saved my son. Two years ago my world was turned upside down. My college aged son found himself charged with DUI and numerous other charges. I interviewed three highly rated lawyers and decided to hire Care. This was the best decision I ever made. She was very knowledgeable and ...compassionate about our situation. Honestly, she helped me as much mentally during this difficult experience as she did legally. Care always kept us informed and up to date on our options and possible outcomes. Granted no lawyer can predict the future, but the outcomes were exactly what she predicted, which was very good. Thank you Care for your support and legal expertise. We could not of made it without you.

Relief

I got myself in to some troublea few months back. I almost caught a charge that would have cost me my job and would have made my life a living hell. I didn't know what to do but knew I need a lawyer. I googled how to pick a lawyer. The advice that made the most sense came down to two options. Find so...mebody who has experience in the court you will be going to, or sit in on some court sessions to fin a lawyer that is kicking some butt. I didn't have the luxury of sitting in court and most reviews of local lawyers were less than great. At the time Care had only good reviews and was also a judge in the court I was going to for 8 years. Anyway, my experience was good. It wasn't perfect but I would use Care again. On a personal level I think Care is a good person and did an amazing job for me. I honestly think if I hired anyone else my outcome would have been much different. I was so close to getting in big trouble. The negative is the paralegal that works with Care misinformed me on some very important information that could have gotten me into a lot of trouble. She also shredded the initial notes by mistake that Care had taken and then charged me her hourly rate to retake the notes so I wasn't to happy about that. None the less in my opinion if you were on the fence about which lawyer to hire I would take a leap of faith and give Care a shot.

By the grace of God and one helluva an attorney....

Care Enichen is a master of the court room. I have several friends who have been attorneys; including one who was a prosecutor and assistant state attorney general, but most of them pale in comparison to her. She is a quick-study: incisive and engaging. Her experience as a superior court judg...e for sixteen years and her stint as an assistant DA under former Boulder County District Attorney Alex Hunter, gives her invaluable insight to any court system in Colorado. This was readily apparent in my trial as her well-formed questions continually defied the District Attorney's chance at objecting to her line(s) of questioning. Her pretrial preparation with me was superb. As I was to testify on my behalf, she worked tirelessly with me to form the right answers in my defense and to strongly present my case to the jury. If you are facing felony charges or even a misdemeanor I would urge you to consider Ms Enichen. I can not thank her enough for her efforts and her unfailingly belief in my innocence.

Excellent Attorney

Care Enichen is a highly skilled, experienced attorney. She was very committed to my college-aged son’s DWAI case and gave careful attention to both him and his legal needs. Care took the time to explain the process and possible outcomes involved in the case, so we always had a realistic view of wher...e we stood. She was readily available and responded promptly any time my son or I had questions or concerns. Along with her legal expertise, she continuously showed us great compassion and offered us remarkable emotional support, as she was truly vested in my son’s well-being. After the court proceedings, Care also remained involved with my son’s progress during his probation period. Consequently, her dedicated work resulted in a favorable outcome during a difficult time for my son. Without any doubt, I strongly recommend Care’s services to others with legal issues.

Enichen Review

Care represented me on a careless driving charge. She did a great job keeping me updated on every phase of the case, from arraignment to pre-trail conference to the actual trial. She explained what happened with every step so I understood what to expect. She always explained very clearly what my r...ights were as well as the risks and potential rewards of every decision I made (ie, when entering a plea, when negotiating a plea bargain, when accepting restitution risk, etc). I like to make very informed decisions, and like to assess every potential risk from all angles. Care helped me to thoroughly assess every decision point and make the best decision for me. She was very realistic, and never sugar coated potential outcomes. It's very important that you make these decisions well informed with a realistic sense of poetential outcome when going through this process, Care really enabled that. I would recommend Care to any potential client. She genuinely has her clients best interest in mind, is a great communicator, and is very patient with those of us not famaliar with the proceedings.
