Care Hoye Enichen

I cannot even put into words how impressed, grateful and appreciative I am of Care and Jake at The Law Office of Care Enichen. I found myself in an unusual situation with the law. Never having any type of altercation with the justice system or law enforcement myself, I was at a loss, confused and wor...ried. I found Care on Google and was so impressed with her extensive experience and knowledge with Boulder County laws and court proceedings. Her knowledge stems from a prosecuting attorney to a judge for Boulder County and now as a criminal defense attorney. What I was not expecting, was to meet two people who are generally concerned for your well-being. In Care and Jake, I found not only two people so competent in navigating the justice system but also two people who only had the very best intentions on my part. They concluded my case quickly and efficiently within a very reasonable cost and I am so pleased with the result. Thank you Care and Jake! I am forever in your debt.

I have never been in trouble in my life before so when I was accused of a crime I contacted the only lawyer I knew. He told me that it didn’t matter what the truth was, what I said or what the evidence showed no one would ever believe me. I started looking for a new lawyer and I went to several and t...hey all said the same thing I’d never win, until I met Care. I told her what happened and she said she believed me. It took 20 month of hard work but she found every lie the told, every piece of evidence they lost and omitted or just didn’t bother to investigate. After 20 months of digging and work I was proved innocent. After 20 months Care won the fight everyone else said could not be won. Without Care and her team me and my family would still be suffering because of a lie someone else told.

I've never been involved in the criminal justice system before. For me, to this day, one of the most scarest times of my life. My livelihood, my reputation, my self-esteem were all in jeopardy. Care has had many years of experience and her familiarity with legal professionals, such as Judges and DAs... were greatly beneficial to my case. The compassion Care has for her clients is one of a kind, I was given peace of mind I never thought I could have. This attorney saved my son. Two years ago my world was turned upside down. My college aged son found himself charged with DUI and numerous other charges. I got myself in to some troublea few months back. I almost caught a charge that would have cost me my job and would have made my life a living hell. I didn't know what to do but knew I need a lawyer. I googled how to pick a lawyer. The advice that made the most sense came down to two options. Find so...mebody who has experience in the court you will be going to, or sit in on some court sessions to fin a lawyer that is kicking some butt. I didn't have the luxury of sitting in court and most reviews of local lawyers were less than great. At the time Care had only good reviews and was also a judge in the court I was going to for 8 years. Anyway, my experience was good. It wasn't perfect but I would use Care again. On a personal level I think Care is a good person and did an amazing job for me. I honestly think if I hired anyone else my outcome would have been much different. I was so close to getting in big trouble. The negative is the paralegal that works with Care misinformed me on some very important information that could have gotten me into a lot of trouble. She also shredded the initial notes by mistake that Care had taken and then charged me her hourly rate to retake the notes so I wasn't to happy about that. None the less in my opinion if you were on the fence about which lawyer to hire I would take a leap of faith and give Care a shot.
