Bonnie I would not only use Andy again to represent my interest; but, I would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking legal guidance. Like any legal case my circumstance was precarious and complex were a poorly-secured debt had been unpaid. The borrower was delinquent and unresponsive to multi...ple collection attempts spanning over four (4) years. To make matters worse, personally being a business owner, father to 3 kids and no longer residing in the state where the loan was originated created several additional challenges and minimal spare time to kick off a successful collection attempt. Finally, prior to hiring Andy and his team, a cynical and pessimistic dogma had led me to relent to the thought that the substantial outstanding debt may go unpaid. Between a strong inclination to cut the losses, having other personal and business-related obligations needing my attention I ultimately decided to retain Andy's team. Following this decision I can summarize the experience an nothing less than 'exceeding highest expectations'. Andy's professionalism and recommendations were remarkable in hindsight. He efficiently worked through each step of the process and kept me informed on the progress while advising the next best course of action. Every dollar was well spent and I felt that Andy truly had my best interest in mind. It was a complex case since the borrower had multiple creditors, outstanding judgements and minimal equity spread across a multiple of inconsistent assets. I felt that Andy's strategy helped me expedite the pay off process and the debtor ultimately agreed to pay the loan in full including all interest due to pressure that was strategically applied in the right way. During the process, I didn't have to take one plane flight, and was not required to invest time other than into a periodic conference call with Andys team and respond to email correspondence. This suited my busy schedule which further improved my experience.
