Like any legal case my circumstance was precarious and complex were a poorly-secured debt had been unpaid. During the process, I didn't have to take one plane flight, and was not required to invest time other than into a periodic conference call with Andys team and respond to email correspondence. This suited my busy schedule which further improved my experience.
