Lawyer, MBA, broad perspective

I hired Scott Hamerslough after 6 months of trying to work with what turned out to be incompetent and unresponsive counsel. My case had gotten as ugly as it gets, and very complicated, with thousands of pages of documentation and dozens of loose ends that had been dropped or ignored by my first law ...firm. The first thing that impressed me is that Scott answered the phone himself the first time I called, listened carefully, asked questions, and offered me an appointment the next day. What a relief! He was appalled at the mess I had gotten into because of 6 months of incompetent counsel combined with every game and legal ploy opposing counsel could invent. He set to work immediately to sort out every detail with efficiency and strength. It was so helpful that he has an MBA; his understanding of the financial details was indispensable. He guided me through a nasty 2-day trial with grace and skill, and I am pleased with the results. I am so grateful to Scott for picking up a thousand scattered pieces and putting together an effective case in a short time. I would recommend him without reservation!

Best Attorney In Boulder.

Mr. Hamerslough is the consummate professional, and handled my case extremely well. He and his team were on top of every detail, always accessible and reassuring. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my case, and would hire him again without hesitation. In fact, I've recommended him to friends a...nd clients, and he's now helping other people I am close to. One of the best damn attorneys in town.

Scott has been such a blessing for our family

We hired two separate lawyers before finding Scott. Scott is the most talented, caring, invested, organized, hardworker that my husband and I have ever met. There are not enough kind words that we could use to describe Scott and his team. We are just utterly grateful that they are in our lives and as... long as Scott shall remain in business he will be kept on retainer. I'd highly, highly recommend him. Thank you Scott for all you have done for our family ❤

Best in class divorce lawyer!

I think that my divorce could be classified 'high conflict'. My now, ex-wife, is a mentally ill alcoholic, who abused me and my 2 sons. After many efforts to work with therapists and rehabilitation professionals, to bring sanity to our family, I embraced that I needed a divorce to protect me, and m...y sons. I began speaking with Scott before I had fully accepted the hopelessness of my situation. Scott was extremely supportive and patient, from the start. His background in mental healthcare made him the best lawyer for my case, by far. And I interviewed at least a dozen! Throughout the case, Scott provided invaluable guidance. He calmed me down when I needed reassurance. He gave me a nudge when I needed motivation. He navigated every situation with aplomb. I have been told that few people in similar situations ever reach an outcome as favorable as mine. I am now a single full time dad with peace of mind that their mother's parenting time must be supervised. And Scott's MBA helped to shape a settlement where the financial details were outstandingly positive for me. If you are looking at divorce with a high conflict personality, Scott is your man.
