Big Disapointment

I hired Scott from a refering client. that was happy with his service. I was shocked by the lack of dedicaion and communication that Scott had on my divorce case. I found his methods of court proceeding and examination not on that I prefer. I felt his lack of detail to situtations not best intere...st. He never prepped me for court and felt unprepared when I was crossed examined. I did not know what to say. He was constantly filing motions to the extent that I was missing so much work and my children were so upset when they found out from their mother what happened in court, was not really what happened. I felt like the only thing I was getting was a bill that kept running up and zero results happened, on things he had promised.

Fantastic Lawyer

Scott is amazing. He is absolutely shrewd. I just walked out of court with him for the second time and I can tell you that it really is amazing to watch him work. I can tell you that I would NOT want to be the opposing council. I have seen him dominate two hearings now on my behalf and frankly I felt... bad for the opposition in both cases. It is amazing to watch him work. He is an amazing lawyer.

Highly Recommended!

I researched and used other attorneys for a family law case and Scott is absolutely the best! He honestly cares about your case and the people it affects and will aggressively fight to get you what you deserve. I trusted Scott to represent me many times and he is extremely intelligent and truly a mas...ter in the courtroom. I would highly recommend hiring him and if you do then your chances of winning have dramatically improved.

Trustworthy, Reliable

Scott has been my attorney for post divorce/child support modification issues for 3 years. He is supportive, well organized, a great communicator, and a creative litigator. My experience has been nothing but 100% positive.

Beware of Scott Hamerslough Attorney!

I had reached out to Scott out of sheer desperation because he had been referred online to me by someone who had gone through a similar parental alienation situation. After 10+ years of trying to be a good dad, I was thoroughly defeated by the time I reached out to him and Scott had assured me that h...e was "different" because he had a background in psychology and he was not a typical attorney and how he understood the dynamics of the situation I had been through. All I wanted was things to be right so I could focus on parenting my daughter and not the nonsense that I have been put through. Scott was supposed to make this right and instead his communication/efforts were nothing short of horrific. He never committed to the things he said he would do nor respond in a timely fashion after we had to have a number of discussions on this subject and he would promise me that he would discontinue being so dismissive and return messages in a timely fashion yet he would continue to do it time after time until I had no choice but discontinue working with him and am now seeking a refund. Plus, far worse is I now am having to take steps to relinquish custody of my daughter who is all I have because I have had my entire life destroyed trying to do the right thing and needed an attorney desperately to make it right. Scott was my last hope. I am disgusted by a person who when I was nothing but forthcoming from day one about what I've been through, he took on the responsibility and instead of having care and concern was completely dismissive and indifferent. Typical attorney as usual. Hope you are pleased with what you have done.
