I currently represent a gentleman accused of sexual assault on a child. The prosecution tried to deny his constitutional right to confront the witnesses against him. I was able to show the Court that ... the prosecutor did not properly follow the procedures. The case is set for hearing on a motion to dismiss for violation of speedy trial.
