Unfortunately, my experience was marked by poor communication, inconsistent gu...idance, and ultimately, abandonment of my case before its conclusion. Throughout the five-year duration of my bankruptcy, I encountered multiple motions to dismiss my case due to issues that could have been avoided with proper legal oversight and support. I had to fight to keep my case active, often without the clarity or responsiveness I expected from my attorney. What is most troubling is that Ms. Morrow ceased communication entirely several months before my case concluded. She informed me she was no longer with the firm and that she could no longer represent me—offering no transition plan, no referral, and no documentation to help me protect my interests. I was left to find a new attorney on my own at the last minute during a critical phase of the bankruptcy. This unexpected and unprofessional abandonment caused immense personal stress, jeopardized the status of my case, and led to unnecessary emotional and financial hardship. If I hadn’t found another attorney who was willing to step in and salvage the situation, I might have lost everything I had worked to save during the past five years. I believe Ms. Morrow’s conduct represents a serious breach of ethical responsibility. Her abandonment, lack of communication, and failure to responsibly manage my case caused significant harm.
