We hired Michael one month ago to represent my fiancé in a immigration deportation case that has been going on for 6 years. Our previous attorney was getting nowhere and actually closed her business doors and left town after we paid her several thousand dollars to represent him. With a court date ...in four weeks we interviewed several attorneys to ensure we went with the best one. In the end we hired Michael because he was the most knowledgeable and up to date with current immigration laws. He was also the most affordable. We couldn't be more happy with our decision! After our consultation, with our next court date in just a month Michael quickly filed a notice to terminate citing recent changes in immigration laws. We had court this morning at 9am and I am so happy to say my fiancé's deportation case was dismissed!! We didn't even have to go through a trial, it was just dismissed. We were in and out of court in 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it when the judge said he was terminating the case. Had it not been for Michael's knowledge of the recent changes in the immigration law who knows what could have happened if it went to trial. This whole process has been a learning experience for us. So many attorneys out there quoted us $8,000-$10,000 to represent my fiancé, Michael's fees were nowhere near that. NONE of the other attorneys we met with were aware of these changes in immigration laws that benefited my fiancés case. All the other attorney's we interviewed charged a $50-$100 consultation fee, Michael did not charge us anything for the consultation. Our first phone call with Michael we knew he was going to be a sincere and caring attorney, he must have spent 30 minutes on the phone while we explained the case, this was before we even went in for our consultation. Bottom line is this, we have met with many many immigration attorney's in Denver. Michael was by far the most knowledgeable, sincere, caring, attentive and affordable attorney in Denver. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in deportation proceedings. He really knows his stuff and is up to date on current immigration law. We have learned these laws change frequently and you need an attorney who stays up to date on the changes. Unfortunately there are too many immigration attorney's out there who take advantage of their clients. They really don't know the law, they over charge their clients, and don't care the way they should about their clients. I can assure you this will never be the case with Michael. He has given us our life back. For 6 years we have lived in fear that my fiancé may be deported. We can't thank him enough!

I don't write many reviews but when I do it's because it merits special attention, Mr. Micheal McCarroll is an excellent authorny, He is very smart with great experience, he has strong skills and an awesome knowledge in immigration law, He is a hard worker and he cares a lot about his clients and the...ir cases, very easy to touch with him, So professional and Highly recommended!!
