This lawyer gave me flat fee pricing only to find out that the number of hours used to calculate flat fee pricing is much higher than most probable hours needed to close the case - result is I paid too much compared to by the hour pricing. He sent paperwork to the DA without a thorough review or my... permission which only caused the DA to seek more probation.
