David Mcintyre Rich

Dave advises clients in the primary areas of workouts and bankruptcy for businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as general creditor and creditor committee representation. He is also experienced in corporate, commercial and general business law.

Dave obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

In addition to Dave’s academic background in business, he has practical experience from having owned several businesses himself. He has an extensive teaching background which includes teaching business law at a local college, basic bankruptcy law and procedures, and legal issues affecting business owners through a local business development center. Dave serves on several civic, community and educational boards.

In his spare time, Dave scuba dives, plays golf and makes wine, although not at the same time!
