Dan Butler has over 15 years experience as an attorney in Colorado, nearly a decade of which has been spent in the criminal justice system. Before defending clients, Dan Butler prosecuted and supervised prosecutors in both Denver and Durango—learning and writing the playbook from the inside.
A Boston University School of Law graduate, Dan built his career as a Deputy District Attorney, County Court Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Prosecution for the City of Denver—handling everything from DUI and assault to domestic violence and theft cases. Dan's jury trial experience includes felony, misdemeanor, and municipal cases. Today, he puts that same insider strategy to work defending you.
