Chandra Nicole Zdenek

I contacted Chandra in 2018-2019 the first time regarding my husband's child support arrears. Unfortunately we were not able to hire Chandra at the time. The Attorney Chandra worked under/for would not allow her to assist us with writing a motion, even tho we were going to pay for our request. Chandr...a was kind enough to review the motion I drafted and provide me feedback regarding changes she would make, prior to submitting it with the courts. In 2022 we contacted Chandra again and hired her for my husband's child support arrears that are from 1987. Chandra tried to do anything she could within her limitations, but this case is one that does not have any options to request changes. Once this case is finished, years unknown, my husband will have paid $120,000 for a $10,100. arrears balance from 1987. His ex-wife requested interest on the $10,100. which compounded and accrued interest for 16 years even tho regular monthly child support payments and arrears payments were made 15 of the 16 years. It is a State of Colorado statue regarding interest. We were told a Judge can not order the interest to stop. All the various anomalies regarding this case and Chandra's hand's being tied(with the courts), we both agreed to end our contract. Chandra did not want to continue charging our account when there is not too much she is able to do for us.
