Scott William Drusch

Scott is a trial lawyer at Goodspeed & Merrill with extensive experience in the courtroom and in private arbitrations. He also provides general counsel to his clients on business and real estate matters.

Scott's achievements include successfully defending against a $3,000,000 claim in international arbitration and recovering $225,000 for a small business. He has obtained numerous other judgments in favor of individuals and businesses. His representative clients include construction companies, design professionals, contractors, property owners, real estate brokers and brokerage firms, auto repair shops, common interest communities (HOAs and owners), and other businesses.

Scott is licensed to practice in all Colorado courts, including the Federal District Court and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Scott's focus on litigation also provides him with the insight necessary to advise businesses on how to avoid expensive conflicts and resolve disputes before they become a burden on the business. He has resolved many cases through early mediation and negotiation.

Scott graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Economics and Political science before attending the University of Colorado Law School. During law school, Scott served as an associate editor on the Law Review and represented criminally-accused clients in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
