I hired Rosie in late 2019 and she provided exceptional legal services and guidance to me through mid 2021. Rosemary came on my custody case 9 weeks before our final hearing (after the first attorney left without any warning). Put all her eggs in one basket trying to get CFI to reconsider her recommendation. She didn't. She knew nothing about the case. We brought up concerns before the scheduled court date... to the office, after she told us about a person who was ordered to pay child support while their ex was deployed. That person was me. She told me about myself and hadn't realized it. Realizing how screwed I was, and to prevent getting totally destroyed we (my wife and I) comprised a list of questions for her to address and she was supposed to have the evidence to support it. She touched on absolutely none of it. She was ill prepared. She stumbled. She looked ridiculous and as the end result proved it. She didn't even bother to take more time after the judge asked if we needed another day. Had rebuttal evidence with folders A-ZZZ. Only a couple pieces of it were actually used and nothing that would actually support why it was in my sons best interest to change custody (short version-my son was acting violently to the point he was getting kicked out of daycares/preschool and his behavior totally changed in my care and it got substantially worse when she had him). My son was screwed, I was screwed, thousands of dollars wasted, and they even tried to charge me thousands of dollars for the sh*t show that happened in court. I was labelled a liar by the judge in my final decree because she didn't know the evidence well enough to show him he was mistaken. Told her she totally bombed and she cried in the elevator on the way out of court. I would not recommend her at all.

I hired Rosemary while deployed to Iraq in 2010. She not only took care of my case, but went above and beyond to learn and advise me of things the military could do to help me. While my divorce took over two years and was contested at every step by the opposing party, Rosie stayed steadfast in her co...nvictions to support and serve my family and I during the most difficult of times. While sadly it became a very expensive venture, I do not regret one cent spent on her services. I ultimately became a full time single dad while still serving on active duty.
