David was highly recommended to us as a Problem Solver, and indeed he was more like a miracle worker. He gave us such a sense of hope and calm knowing he was in our corner with his expertise, experience and wisdom. We were so happy to hand our worries over to him. My parents were in a car accident in which no one was hurt, but sadly they found themselves being sued by a career “victim” who had “suffered” the same situation three times. It didn’t look hopeful because she was a police officer! Well the case dragged on for 4 1/2 years with the attorney assigned by the insurance company, who was non-communicative, condescending and dismissive. During that time period my father began to decline with Alzheimer’s Disease so was becoming a less and less effective witness in his own defense. I approached David to represent me on a Driving while Ability Impaired charge. David was understanding of my circumstances but at the same time he counseled me to be proactive in doing things such as attending alcohol education classes.
