I have known Attorney David Dezen since 1981 and have had occasion to use his service for some minor legal issues. I have always been impressed with his skills and expertise. He has always managed to find the best possible outcome to any situations and often better than I had hoped. On March 20th of... last year my wife and I received the call in the middle of the night that all parents dread. Our son had been in an accident with a motorcycle and the other drive had died. Our world came crashing down and we found ourselves desperate for help. David Dezen was our first thought and he answered our call at first light. David told me up front that due to prior commitments he would not be able to take us on but was touched by our desperate situation and relented. Our son was facing a lengthy incarceration with a possible sentence of more than twenty years. It was very difficult for all of us involved to place our complete trust and faith concerning our son’s life in anyone’s hands. We could not be more thankful that we had attorney Dezen. From our very first appearance we watched David take command of the situation. It became obvious from the beginning that Attorney Dezen is very well known and his many years of work in the Denver area have earned him a friendly well respected reputation. His flawless technical ability in the court room is matched by his interpersonal skills. David was masterful in his ability to bring together a sentence in this case that the victim’s family endorsed and that saved our son and gave him back his life.
