I was in an accident involving another car for which I received a DUI among other charges. We hired David after a friend referred him. I was expecting to not only lose my license for a year but possibly serve jail time as well. I approached David to represent me on a Driving while Ability Impaired charge. David was understanding of my circumstances but at the same time he counseled me to be proactive in doing things such as attending alcohol education classes.
