When it comes to legal matters involving children, it is absolutely imperative to have the right attorney by your side. Lynne Weitzel is as good as they come. My case was a high-conflict case and Lynne handled it with care and ease. Not only was she knowledgeable and prepared, she was very concern...ed with my well being, and more importantly, the well being of my young daughter. Lynne's paperwork was prompt and prepared with fact and finesse. Her abilities, both from her office, and in the courtroom, substantially exceeded my expectations. I am a firm believer in that "you get what you pay for", and Lynne's services were worth every penny, ten fold. She was prepared, punctual and professional throughout every step of the way. Most times, you hear horror stories about attorney's and their ways of practicing. This is not the case with Lynne. She was readily available, reassuring, honest and straightforward. As a client, I was probably more worrisome than most, and she never made me feel as though I was bothersome. She was prompt in her responses to my requests, correspondence from the opposing party and requests from the courts. Her responses, both in writing and verbally, were articulate and to the point. Lynne truly kept my daughter's best interest at heart, and in the end, I knew my daughter was safe. Over the last 6 years, I have seen several attorney's practicing family law and am yet to see one who handles such difficult matters as well as Lynne. I would absolutely recommend Lynne to anyone who needs the services of a GREAT family law attorney. In fact, I couldn't honestly recommend anyone else.
