I have worked in criminal law both on the prosecution and on the defense. I have represented individuals in violent felonies and drug cases as well as more common cases such as Denver DUI, Colorado DUI, Domestic Violence Cases, Property Crimes, and White Collar Crimes. On the prosecutorial side, I most notably worked in Bosnia helping to prosecute individuals who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Bosnian War from 1993-1995.

I had an overall positive experience being represented by Nathaniel. I thought that he did a great job behind the scenes working to get the prosecutor to dismiss my case. I wish he had done a little more to let me know what the status of my case was but whenever I had questions, he got back to me a...

I would give this attorney ZERO stars, but that is impossible. I hired Mr. Baca to represent me in my criminal case. He claims his flat fee is warranted because he is to do the same about of work if the case goes to trial or if a plea is accepted. He advised me to plea. I should of seen that comi...

I want to think Nathaniel for the work he did for my brother. My brother was fetching a life sentence in Arapaho. The case ended up taking a couple of years. Nathaniel kept fighting the whole time. He never give up on my brother when he needed it. Nathaniel managed to get a really good offer out of t...

They didn't listen to me and arrested me and my brother. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I h...

I spoke with Nathaniel about a felony DV that I had in Boulder. This isn't my first case and I have experience dealing with criminal defense attorneys. What impressed me about Nathaniel is he didn't give me the usual sales pitch. Instead, he listened to me and then explained the strengths and weak...
"I am so pleased to provide an endorsement for Anthony "Nate" Baca. I had the privilege of working with Nate when he was handling serious felony criminal cases. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Nate approaches his work with a conscientiousness that distinguishes him from the average criminal defense attorney. Mr. Baca took a real interest in our mutual clients and was able to successfully mitigate immigration consequences for those clients. I have the greatest level of faith in Anthony Nathaniel Baca & would not hesitate to recommend him. Besides all of this, Nate is a kind person with integrity and he is well liked by others."
