Knowledgeable, Professional, and Attentive

Janet McLamb took time to explain important aspects of our wills and living wills that we might otherwise have glossed over. She made good eye contact with both of us and asked questions to make sure we both understood implications and details of the documents. She was thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable, and she conducted business in a courteous and professional manner.

Excellent lawyer!

My parents have had Ms. McLamb as their attorney since the mid nineties and she probated their estates. My parents said many times that they could not have done it without her assistance and expertise. Now Ms. McLamb is helping me with trust administration. I am so thankful to be in good hands!

Excellent Janet McLamb

I can't speak highly enough about Janet McLamb. Not only did she competently and compassionately guide me through the legal morass after my husband's death, but she then helped me write my new will and establish a trust for my grandson. Janet is a knowledgeable attorney and is always clear when she advises or explains. She completed my documents in a timely manner, the work of an obvious expert. Clarity through the legal complications

Although my mother's estate is neither large nor complex, the laws are so confusing. Ms. McLamb drew up my mother's will and certain powers of attorney, asking questions to cover every facet of the issues, and explaining each step of the way so that we understood. A few years after that, she was very helpful in advising about provisions for caregiving, in such a way that veered my mother away from Medicaid problems in the future. She knows of potential dilemmas and angles in the law that I (and the average lay-person) could never imagine. I gladly recommend Ms. McLamb to anyone who needs legal help in elder law, because she is as caring as she is intelligent - VERY!!

Extremely Knowledgable

Janet McLamb is extremely knowledgeable in her field of Estate Law and Probate Law. She was available to answer all questions that my husband and I had concerning our Will and Estate planning documents. She was also very punctual. We were able to have our Estate Planning documents drawn up in timely manner. I would recommend Janet to anyone needing a Will and other Estate Planning documents.
