Springer & Steinberg came highly recommended by a trusted associate. After our consultation, I was a little hesitant because their fees were higher than the other attorneys I had consulted, but I agreed to hire Harvey, and it turned out to money VERY WELL SPENT. I never would have thought it would be... possible to achieve the incredibly favorable outcome of complete dismissal of all charges! Bravo!

I used Harvey twice when falsely accused of DV in a bitter divorce. The first time, he had the case won by the end of voir dire, asking such great questions of the jurors that they knew before the trial that if what he mentioned was true, this prosecution was a sham. The second time, I found out ...there was a warrant out for me, turned myself in and then at the morning hearing, the prosecution saw my representation and dismissed the charges immediately...

Harvey took the case and that was the end. He told the judge how to rule, lol. The DA wouldn't even look at him, lol. When he walked in all the DA's stopped what they were doing and looked at him and went into a huddle. They watched closely to see who he was representing then back to a huddle. I thin...k they were trying to figure out who was going to take the loss. And sure enough the case was dismissed. Harvey would enter even entertain a plea bargain. The DA had to email their deals or leave a message which never got returned. He made the cops so mad that they couldn't even keep their stories straight. I felt like a king standing next to a GOD when I was in the court. 4 court dates 3 that only lasted 5 minutes and on the fourth case was dismissed. Harvey makes the DA look like little kids in baby diapers.
