Erin Penrod

I highly recommend Erin Penrod as a Divorce Attorney. Her respectful guidance provided me with legal insight and information that allowed me to make sound financial choices during one of the hardest times of my life. Her negotiation on my behalf resulted in a settlement I am at peace with. Through... out the whole process she was more than generous with her time. My friends and family remarked numerous times that my lawyer was taking good care of me. Thanks Erin.

If you need a great Lawyer don’t think twice hire Erin Penrod

Unfortunately I’ve have to hire Erin not once but twice. My first go around I fought her every step of the way and she was patient and kind, I encourage you to listen when you attorney suggests things, if I had listened the first time I probably would not have had to hire her a second time. Erin know...s the law, speaks with intelligence, integrity and kindness. I feel supported and heard and like I have someone in my corner. I am facing a gas lighting human in a custody case and I’ve sat back and let Erin take the wheel and it’s been as wonderful as it possibly could be. If you’re looking for a great family lawyer who’s supported by a great law firm, look no further!

Excellent!

Erin worked closely alongside my long-standing attorney, Carolyn Witkus, on a painful post-decree matter that ultimately had to be litigated. I don't wish the experience on anyone, but if you find yourself in the middle of a painful divorce that is complex, drags on, and requires a tremendous amount ...of discovery and attention to detail in order to resolve then this is the team/counsel for you. Erin has an excellent bedside manner, but that is not her core strength. She is incredibly productive and efficient; knows the law inside and out; thinks outside the box; and most importantly can be a barracuda when she needs to be. All this and she also happens to be incredibly pleasant and very responsive, bright and very hard working. I could not recommend Erin more highly.

I think so highly of Ms. Penrod and her legal expertise in custody law. She is highly intelligent, articulate, organized, an excellent communicator, an incredible writer, and compassionate. She has the ability to effectively advocate for her clients in very complex and high conflict custody cases. ...She has tremendous psychological awareness, and genuine integrity and character. She truly cares about her clients!
