Going through bankruptcy can be a very trying experience, and Devon put me at ease and turned this into a positive experience. Devon was professional and patient. When I first met Devon I told him that I had previously filed Chapter 7, and I wanted to refine. He advised me that I had to wait ...one more year, because I hadn't reached 8 years yet. It was disappointing, but Devon said we could still proceed by filing Chapter 13. Then after my year was up, we rolled it over to Chapter 7.
