Henry Richard Reeve

Henry R. Reeve, Esq., was Chief Deputy District Attorney and General Counsel for the Denver District Attorney's Office. He also served as the Legal Advisor to the FBI Rocky Mountain Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory for 17 years and taught for the FBI on digital forensics, scientific and expert witness testimony, and validation of forensic science processes. He was appointed in 2010 by the White House to serve as a member of the Interagency Working Group on Accreditation, Certification, and Proficiency Testing in Forensic Sciences. He taught for a number of years at the University of Denver College of Law as an adjunct professor on topics related to digital forensic evidence and scientific expert witness testimony. He serves as an elected member of the American Law Institute.
