Kallman S. Elinoff

I called Mr. Elinoff after a car accident. He promptly turned me over to his female partner who, after very little info, decided the case was not worth their time. In fact I had called an attorney too early for all of the symptoms to show at that point, which she should have known from past experie...nce with accident victims, and shortly thereafter developed severe and constant migraines from the accident. So, the moral is I ended up with another attorney and a six figure settlement due to several injuries that came up a bit later after the accident. Your loss for a big pay day!!

Mr. Elinoff was cited for insulting a police officer in a court of law and he was unfairly punished. We should have more lawyers like Mr. Elinoff, because he understands the courtroom and if he has to defend you, no one is better in front of a jury. He's handled many of my cases now, and he can get... done what you need. You may not like the fact that he is slow to return telephone calls, but I've found that in every lawyer I've ever used. I highly recommend him for anything having to do with criminal defense or divorce. Really, really smart and he can generally get you a better deal because the prosecutors and judges respect him for not being a BS lawyer.
