Ariel Beryl DeFazio

Ariel and her team are extremely friendly and compassionate. They also present knowledgeably about the law. However, in my experience, Ariel is a passive attorney and folds almost immediately at the negotiating table with opposing counsel. She seemed to be much more concerned with being friendly with... opposing counsel rather than getting the best outcome for me, her client. I was also corrected multiple times while advocating for myself and my case during mediation. I would not rehire her nor recommend her to other potential clients.

Ariel was a dream to work with. I met her at one of the lowest points of my life and she affirmed me and worked with me through the case. She took an interest in me personally and really heard me when I shared. I can't imagine the outcome (super positive and very in my favor) having happened with a d...ifferent lawyer. She's tenacious, professional, funny, caring, and kind hearted. Couldn't have asked for better representation!
