Consulted attorney and hired. My case could not get any easier. Non- Contested WC case. After meeting with Mr. Crabtree, he seemed very interested in my case. However, there were issues I discussed early on regarding my slip and fall injury at work VERY IMPORTANT obtaining the surveillance video o...f my fall. At first he said he would try to obtain the video. As my case moved along Mr. Crabtree never mentioned the surveillance video again. This was very important to me. Another issue discussed CHANGE OF PHYSICIAN. A hearing was set three months before the date only to have this attorney tell me I would loose. This was the day before the hearing. The INTERROGATORIES another interesting step in this WC process--he does not give you a lot of information; however he needs months to prepare, VERY IMPORTANT he changes my statement leaves out important information about the surveillance video and any witnesses that watched the video. I'm an injured worker-my injuries have left me with horrible pain I have to deal with every day. I thought I selected the right attorney. This attorney works for the corporation. Do your research!!! He carefully listens to you in order to turn around and use this to his advantage.
