5 stars. Megan has helped me in 2 situations. She is extremely professional and super supportive on what exactly her client wants. She evaluates the situation, provides proper guidance on the next legal steps and the best outcomes that can be achieved. In one of my former situations before Megan was ...brought in for help; I was struggling since a year dealing with an issue related to my insurance company and the construction company. She helped me resolve the issue within a few weeks and strong armed both the insurance company and the construction company. She is prompt in her responses and very reasonable. Infact I am a come back client. I would highly recommend her.

In requesting advice regarding a tenant/landlord case, Ms. Douglah was exceptionally and unusually rude, confrontational, and disrespectful in her interactions. Rather than directly communicating regarding the questions at hand, she composed her assessment of the situation without accurate knowledge ...of the facts of the case, using pejorative language and dismissing out of hand the concerns of her client in an entirely unprofessional manner. At least as bad an experience as the original situation for which her firm's help was sought in the first place.
