Rich was incredible. Extremely attentive with all my questions and able to expedite the process quickly. This was an incredibly stressful situation for me, but it was nice to know that I had someone representing me that was confident that all was going to be ok. Thank you, Rich.

Responsive, efficient, and very knowledgeable
