Hi, my name is Juliet. I'm a Florida, Colorado, and D.C. licensed trademark attorney that specializes in counseling clients with regard to their intellectual property matters. I help clients protect and enforce their brands in the United States and around the world. I walk my clients through trademark selection, clearance, registration and beyond. I have experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. I speak fluent English, Spanish and Trademarks which allows me to litigate, negotiate, and prepare strong intellectual property agreements.
