Mr. Seserman’s clients include several law firms and lawyers. Unique to his practice, Mr. Seserman has served as the liquidator of two major law firms that failed in the Denver metropolitan area.
During his career, Mr. Seserman has been a speaker on a variety of subjects including the topics of theft of trade secrets, electronic evidence and discovery, employment law and electronic communications and privacy. Mr. Seserman is also a trained mediator.
Mr. Seserman received his J.D. from the University Of Denver College Of Law in 1986, where he served as the Business Editor of the Denver University Law Review. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis in December 1980. Mr. Seserman is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.
