Melanie Dawn Stuckey

As founder and principal attorney of Stuckey Injury Law LLC, Melanie Stuckey launched the firm in January 2026 to provide compassionate, results-driven representation to injured Denver and Colorado residents. Melanie’s path began in 1999 as a paralegal, where two decades of hands-on work taught her what builds successful injury cases and how to support clients through crisis. She completed her law degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2020 and practiced at Donaldson Law until its closure at the end of 2025 following Jennifer Donaldson’s retirement. That experience—combining detailed case preparation with courtroom readiness—informs Melanie’s approach: clear communication, individualized strategy, and relentless pursuit of fair compensation. She personally guides every client through the claim process, easing uncertainty so they can focus on healing. Melanie values family time with her son and draws perspective and empathy from her travels.
