Jennifer Lee Donaldson

Jennifer L. Donaldson is a Colorado Native.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado College and her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.  Since graduation from law school in 1988, Jennifer has worked almost exclusively as a trial attorney, representing injury victims.

After working in larger firms, she formed her own Denver personal injury law firm in 1994 with the goal of providing superior personal service to her clients. Jennifer's practice focuses on representing only individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. She actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries, including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle collisions, bicycle/pedestrian accidents, truck accidents, skiing accidents, and slip and fall accidents.

Ms. Donaldson works to recover the serious financial and personal damages sustained by her clients as a result of a personal injury claim.  She understands that filing a successful claim against a big insurance company requires aggressive representation and attention to detail.  To that end, she prepares every case as if it were going to trial. Her effectiveness in and out of the courtroom has gained her a reputation as a professional and hard working attorney.  During her 29 years as a Denver motor vehicle accident lawyer Jennifer Donaldson has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell, the most prestigious rating service for attorneys.

In 1998, Ms. Donaldson was awarded the Outstanding Trial Lawyer award by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Jennifer is a long time member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Women's Bar Association.  She served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for 20 years.  

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons, enjoying many of the outdoor activities that Colorado offers, including hiking, biking, climbing, skiing and snowshoeing.
