Jeffrey Scott Wittebort

I used this attorney for a domestic child abuse case and what a joke. He did not show up for our court hearing, leaving me to have to fight for myself - thank God I knew another attorney that could step in, even though he does nothing in domestic cases. Spent $5000 and got absolutely nothing out of i...t. Child is still with father 50%!! How do you lose a case like this?? Laziness, lack of compassion, and no ability to listen. He continuously thought I had a son (I have a daughter), could not remember what we talked about 10 minutes after spoken, and charged me for phone conversations in which 90% of the conversation he would ramble on about his own family situation. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this "attorney".

I hired Mr. Jeff Wittebort for my divorce case and I was not at all pleased with him or his work!!! He is very arrogant and does not care at all for his clients well being and for there best Interest in what is a very hard and emotional time for most people, and are looking to hire an attorney that w...ill provide the best representation during these matters! Mr. Jeff Wittebort could care less for other peoples needs or well being and his poor attitude says it all!! If you are seeking to hire a divorce/custody attorney to help you, please seek else where as this guy is not the at all someone you should hire or to trust with your case! I regret my poor descion in deciding to hire Mr. Jeff Wittebort and will never use him again for any type of case nor will I ever recommend him to anyone I know!!

My daughter had divorced and was having trouble with her ex-husband, he was trying to take custody of their son from my daughter. Her previous lawyer did not seem to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law nor did she seem to care what happened and made a bad situation even worse. She didn'...t seem to care about what happened to the child or my daughter. With Jeff's knowledge and years of experience he was able to over come the mistake that had been made by the previous lawyer and come to a resolution that was best for the child and fair for both my daughter and her ex-husband. I have been in law enforcement for 18 years. In my experience I believe that Jeff is one of the best lawyers I have worked with.

In 2006 I filed for divorce. As if a divorce is not a hard enough life journey it was even harder to find a lawyer that would represent my son and I. Jeffery was absoutly amazing... with 30 plus years of experience he knew what would hold up in court and what the judges would not go for, so I was not wasting money on issues that I would not win. Jeff was easy to get in contact with and I never doubted his advice I had put all my trust in Jeff. Jeff helped me through the roughest time of my life and was very happy with the end results. I was so pleased that I hired Jeff Wittebort to represent me in my custody case. I've worked with Jeff for over 20 years on domestic and corporate issues. It was a very complex case and Jeff was incredible to work with. He is so intelligent and knows the law so well. He always kept me in the loop ...with my case, was completely professional, always returned phone messages immediately and kept me calm through out the entire process. He always treated me with respect and dignity. Jeff was very honest and realistic at all times, I also feel like my bill would have been much higher if I would have hired another firm.
