Lacks the ability and effort for a contested divorce.

Jason represented me in a contested divorce. Ahead of time i told Jason my ex's council was a shark, and excessively difficult to work with. Opposing council controlled the entire case, pace, and narrative, out lawyering Jason at every turn. In the crucial mediation, Jason scheduled another mediati...on before mine, showing up to my mediation unprepared, with a headache, and simply not in the game. My mediation was a complete and total disaster. I needed a lawyer that was going to fight for me, and i simply did not get that. I lost every single disagreement. My ex now makes more then i every did in our marriage, while being a deadbeat parent as she had a lawyer fighting for, and i did not. Later when writing the separation agreement, Jason used a generic template with a multitude of errors and mistakes. I had to rewrite enough that i question why i am paying for a lawyer. In the end, i needed a good lawyer, i paid an excessive amount of many, and my divorce and a total and complete disaster where i lost every single dispute and argument.
