Client had an ex-wife that was extremely alienating in an effort to prevent my client from having a relationship with his children. Ex-wife filed a motion for step-parent adoption which would terminate ... my client's relationship with his children and allow the ex-wife's new husband to be the children's legal father. This case took eight months and three days of trial to resolve but the step-parent adoption was denied and my client now is now in the process of rebuilding the damage done by his ex-wife.
