William Thomas Dawson

Will Dawson was my attorney for disability after an 18 year old kid slammed into me at well over 100 MPH while driving his BMW back in 2018. I had to take Social Security Disability benefits after I was unable to ever return to work full time. Long before going to bat for me I had stayed in contact... with Will for help with the process and he even gave me the local Social Security phone number to start the process a full three years before I had to hire him after several denials despite the Social Security Administration being given all my records for injury from four different doctors that had examined me. Mr. Dawson was able to direct me through the entire process so that we could go to the Administrative Law Judge for Social Security and have the information required supporting my case. We did win the case after the final hearing but despite that the Social Security Administration refused to pay most of the back pay from the first two full years (minus the first 5 months) due to some clerical error. Before I could even call him about the error, Mr. Dawson had already put in an appeal in order to get that order corrected so the opportunity was not lost in order to get my full benefits to help me try to recover from a traumatic time in my life. He bent over backwards a second time for me. I can only give Mr. Dawson five stars for all his help during this whole process even though he went well beyond the call of duty for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is attempting to receive or needs help obtaining Social Security benefits for disability.
