Nancy helped me with three legal issues. First, she reviewed my trust documents and drafted a living will, medical directives and powers of attorney. She was clearly knowledgeable in these areas and charged me a very reasonable flat fee which included all documents and a computer "stick" which all...ows me to easily share them with my family. Second, Nancy assisted me in the purchase of a rental property in California. Her network of contacts allowed her to coordinate with a lawyer in California. Third, she set up an LLC for the purposes of managing this property. This was a complicated process involving several partners and she made it seem simple, protected our interests and knew what tax issues were likely to arise. Nancy is smart , personable.
