Nancy helped me with three legal issues. First, she reviewed my trust documents and drafted a living will, medical directives and powers of attorney. She was clearly knowledgeable in these areas and charged me a very reasonable flat fee which included all documents and a computer "stick" which all...ows me to easily share them with my family. Second, Nancy assisted me in the purchase of a rental property in California. Her network of contacts allowed her to coordinate with a lawyer in California. Third, she set up an LLC for the purposes of managing this property. This was a complicated process involving several partners and she made it seem simple, protected our interests and knew what tax issues were likely to arise. Nancy is smart , personable. Her responsiveness and fee structure ( she doesn't bill for simple phone conversations)seem to reflect a primary interest in helping people rather than making as much money as possible! I would definitely recommend her.

In short, I would describe Nancy as a compassionate, evolved soul that is trapped in an Estate Planning Attorney's body!! These qualities that she posses make her the perfect attorney to choose for your estate planning. Planning for one's inevitable death, can be a anxiety producing process but with ...Nancy at the helm that is much less likely. I felt "at home" with her right away and knew that the process would be much easier with her on my team. She prepared all the documents exactly as I needed in a timely, professional manner. I already had a previous pour over will, Living Trust and Health Care documents prepared 13 years by another attorney in California. Nancy not only redid all of the documents but also made available additional options and suggestions that my other attorney did not offer. Before I met with Nancy, I would never thought that at the very end of the process that I would say to myself, "that was actually a pleasure and I enjoyed the process".
