I called Mr. Lopez to discuss with him as to if I had a claim on a particular matter. He asked me pertinent questions; possessing enthusiasm, graciousness, thoroughness and a desire to apply his experience and knowledge in any possible way to inform and help me understand my situation: continually ...revising that which was discussed to more fully grasp the information I presented him. He followed through with his word to establish contact with me, and freely gave me his time and effort in a relatable and personable, yet professional manner. By the end of my consultation, I wished my claim were along his line of expertise just to see him at work! His credentials show in his general disposition and his genuine desire to help me, and I believe, any possible client. I would highly recommend Mr. Lopez as a representative in it for more than the money, but to help people in the strange and obscure society in which we live.
