Erin K. Young

With nearly 10 years of civil litigation experience prior to entering our practice, Erin most recently was a Litigation Associate at a pre-eminent 17th Street law firm in Denver. There she defended a variety of demanding lawsuits and developed extensive deposition and trial experience. During this time, she also provided pro bono legal representation through The Gathering Place which is a non-profit in Denver, CO that acts as a community safety place for at-risk women, children, and transgender individuals. She was able to use this time to aid a monthly legal clinic and help change the lives of those in need within our Denver community. Erin has continually made it her mission to improve the lives of others, a commitment she demonstrated while working pro bono at the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center. As a Deputy District Attorney, she represented the rights of victims in domestic violence cases. In part because of her extensive background, she understands that every family law case is unique and needs to be handled as such.
